Diagnosis and treatment choice

Depending on your biological characteristics, they determine the most appropriate harvesting area and the most suitable hair mesograft method (Rigenera or Nanofat).
Rigenera
After a local anesthesia, the sample is taken from your healthy follicular bulbs (usually on a very small area at the back of the skull).
Thanks to Rigenera technology, the sample is transformed into a concentrated suspension. This solution, called the lyophilisate, is then injected under the skin at the heart of the hair follicles affected by alopecia. This mesograft will thus reactivate the cycle of diseased hair.
Nanofat
After a local anesthesia, your surgeon performs a very localized micro-liposuction to recover 50g of fat.
After a very precise filtering and recovery process, the regenerating components are isolated and conditioned. They are then injected under the skin at the heart of the hair follicles affected by alopecia. This mesograft will thus reactivate the cycle of diseased hair.
After the treatment
In addition to being virtually painless, our mesograft does not entail any major constraints. You can return to your usual activities as soon as you leave the center.
Shampoos are prohibited for 48 hours, swimming is prohibited for a week and any chemical treatment of the hair (coloring, gel, hairspray etc.) is to be excluded for two weeks.

To measure the level of alopecia, using scales established by specialists has proven effective:
- The Norwood-Hamilton scale: it measures the level of alopecia in men. Developed in the 50s by a doctor (James B. Hamilton), it is initially called the Hamilton scale. In 1975, dermatologist and aesthetic surgeon Norwood completes and specifies it. The Norwood-Hamilton scale details the seven phases of male baldness progression according to the different areas affected.
- The Ludwig scale: this scale grades the evolution of female alopecia in three stages: from diffuse alopecia to a more significant hair loss that can go up to almost total hair loss on the top of the skull.
In men, the mesograft is performed at stage 2 of the Norwood scale. In women, it is performed at stage 1.
